The conversation continues with the 4 gentleman.  The new Baldwin 4-6-0, oil burner slows as it creeps through the switches to get to the passenger siding. No one seems to notice the train,. as of yet.  These 4 guys spend so much time at the depot, in the off hours, the sound of the steamer coming into the station has become second nature to them. As this scene unfolds - you are almost drawn into a world of yesterday....why would anyone ruin this almost realistic world with, ugh, whimsy?
