Wahoo...Duncan's line is up and running.  And it was only about 110 degrees yesterday ...Thank the God's on high for a mild day...

High Temperature 110°
Humidity 43%
Barometer 29.99
Wind ESE 30 MPH

The breeze, toward around 6 pm was nice.

On the right, you see only part of the empire.

I think the photo on the left of the Sun Dancer Railroad owner, Duncan, best sums up the mood of this particular run.  Just grab an Aristocraft TE and chill out.  Who cares how hot it was!

The run seemed to be evently divided between battery, live steam and track power.  There were two Live steam Accucraft Shays and the beginnings of a home made built Live steam Shay.

Two scratch built structures above and above right.  The coal loader was built by Rodney and given to Duncan as a Rail warming present.   Duncan's neighbor built the gentleman's club above right.

On the right, Jon is refueling his Live Steam Shay.  There were some singed leg hairs at a butane flareup.  I didn't get it on film.  That was the big excitment.  No wrecks, derailments or fried engines.
