Actually, these are "Homies"..  It seems that Brandy is getting quite a collection of these lil guys.  They are too small for most LS layouts.  Still, they can be used.  They are pretty clever little characters and can spice up a LS layout.
The Arizona Connection made a run at Brandy's house.  Here is a group photo of some of the attendees on the right...you see me second from the right...Paul Geiske is on the far left. Abbie is in the middle...too cool! Other attendees were Rodney and Janet the night before [he didn't get the email], Daryl, Duncan, Paul's wife, small dogs, etc. As always, plenty of food.  Rodney and Janet were "early" shows on the night before...they didn't get the message of the weather delay.

So, there is several orange trees in Brandy's back yard.  The Climax, hauling a line of Bachmann 1:20.3 20 footers was put into service clearing the fallen fruit from the Orange Groves.  Here you see a couple of photos of a REAL working train hauling fruit to the main yard.  We didn't do a great job of picking up all the fallen fruit but it did give Paul's Climax a better workout. Both of Paul's trains ran well on the line.
Paul also used his digital video camera.  There is the promise of a real train ride view of his train traveling on Brandy's layout.
There were two new Aristocraft RDC's.  One had the remote onboard TE. Here the two RDC's pass a double headed freight being pulled by 2 Aristocraft SD45's.
Hmmm...it's called Large Scale but in Brandy's yard, it begins to look like Ogauge and eventually HO due to the distances involved. Then there are the dreaded "Flamingo monsters" that live there...
Paul's Climax actually did some work.  Hauling Fruit!
